Reformat & Repackage
With a growing sense of clarity and momentum, Vanessa began to experiment with new ways to breathe life into the content she’d already created. She returned to one of her most popular live trainings, a session that had once been delivered to a small group on Zoom, and asked herself how she could share that message in fresh, accessible ways.
Instead of just trimming it down, she transformed the training into a multi-part email series. Each email focused on one key lesson, structured to deliver bite-sized value that built anticipation for the next. She infused each message with personal reflection and client stories, creating a rhythm that drew people in.
After sending out the email series, she revisited the same training and picked out visual snippets that would translate well into a carousel post. She designed it to feel like a guided journey, leading readers through the main idea with bold headlines, short copy blocks, and calls to reflect.
Next, she pulled a simple checklist from one of her older workbooks, something that had once been hidden on page nine, and reimagined it as a LinkedIn poll. The checklist became a conversation starter. The poll sparked interaction. What used to be static content was now dynamic and interactive.
With each experiment, Vanessa grew more confident. She wasn’t just reusing content. She was reshaping it to meet her audience where they were. Her posts began to circulate more widely. Her email open rates jumped. People were tagging her, commenting, and even asking if she had more to share on the same topics.
What had once been forgotten assets were now doing double and triple duty. Her work finally had legs, and for the first time, she felt like her content was carrying her instead of the other way around.
